Give direction and standards to entire worship teams in Mt. Pleasant and all satellite locations by promoting and demonstrating the vision of lifting up the Lord through creative arts to draw people to Christ and engage them in meaningful worship and praise.
Recruit and train new teams for current and future satelite locations.
Plan and execute worship experiences at all satelite locations through leaders and building teams.
Provide pastoral care to leaders, teams and congregation.
Applicants will be asked to send CD,DVD, or Youtube link of video showcasing said skill set.
